Confirm the details of your vehicle's journey before you agree to transport or make a delivery payment.
Request a delivery quote
Contact us with the vehicle and destination. Delivery availability, carrier arrangements, charges, and estimated dates must be confirmed in a written quote. Delivery is not automatically included in a listed vehicle price, and coverage is not guaranteed for every destination.
Before booking
Review the pickup and delivery locations, carrier details, insurance coverage and exclusions, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and responsibility for delays or damage. Do not assume a delivery date or insurance cover unless it is stated in your agreement.
Order reference and updates
Use the order reference supplied after a saved request to check recorded updates on the tracking page. Updates are entered by the team; this is not GPS tracking. A request received or processing status does not mean payment has cleared, an inspection has passed, or the vehicle has shipped.
On arrival
Check the vehicle and the delivery paperwork before signing. Record any concerns and contact our team and the carrier promptly. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights.
